Registration for the NapleSummerTangoMarathon is open to "dancers" from all over the world, with the highest priority for couples and dancers who have already participated in our previous marathons. We remind you that the number of participants is limited and that the event will be balanced by gender; the role and nationality will be prioritized for the purpose of admission, and that the order of registration is not a priority in the "confirmation of participation". For a successful event it is of fundamental importance to have a good  level of dance. If you are single we will match you, through a waiting list. Each participant must register individually, indicating the partner's name and surname, by filling out the form below.

THE REGISTRATIONS WILL OPEN ON november  04, 2024 at  5.00 pm.

✔ The marathons are a private event. No dancer, not registered and admitted to participate, will be accepted.      Only people on the organizers list will have access.

✔ Participants are not accepted based on chronological registration, but based on two very important factors;

   1- Leaders/Followers gender balance

   2- expert dancers.

    The organization is not required to reveal the reason why a member was not accepted.

✔ Fill out the application form, you will receive confirmation of receipt, your request will be considered based      on the priorities listed above.

✔ To confirm your admission, you will be sent an email informing you:

    A) that you have been placed on our waiting list.                                                                                                          B) that you have been accepted to NSTM.                                                                                                                    The message will include the bank details to which you can transfer €80 within 10 days, to secure your              place at the marathon. If you do not make the payment within the aforementioned deadline, your request        will be placed on the waiting list. The rest of the €80 fee will be requested upon your arrival at the event.          Participants registered as a couple will be able to make a single transfer by specifying both names in the          reason for payment. You will receive confirmation of your participation in the Marathon via email upon                receipt of payment or both payments for those registered as a couple.

✔ Registrations for couples or singles are accepted. It is not possible to register as a couple with a person            whose single application has been previously accepted,

✔ In the registration form it is important to indicate your real name and surname, because the organizers may      ask you to show an identity document. Also please check that your email address is correct, because this is      where all communications will be sent.

✔ If you are unable to participate in NAPLESummerTangoMarathon,  you can obtain a full refund by                       26/05/2025, after this date it is no longer possible to obtain a refund.

✔ To ensure a balanced number of dancers we will accept a total of 200 registrations: 100 men and   100              women

Le iscrizioni alla NapleSummerTangoMarathon sono aperte ai "ballerini" di tutto il mondo, con la massima priorità per le coppie e per i ballerini che hanno già partecipato alle nostre precedenti maratone. Ricordiamo che il numero di partecipanti è limitato e che l'evento sarà bilanciato per genere; il ruolo e la nazionalità saranno prioritari al fine dell' ammissione, e che l'ordine di registrazione non è una priorità nella "conferma della partecipazione". Per una buona riuscita della manifestazione è di fondamentale importanza, avere una buona esperienza di ballo. Se sei single ti abbineremo, attraverso una lista di attesa. Ogni partecipante deve registrarsi individualmente indicando il nome e il cognome del partner, compilando il modulo sottostante.

• ✔ La marathon è un evento privato . Nessun ballerino che non sia registrato e ammesso alla partecipazione, sarà accettato. Accederanno soltanto le persone presenti nella lista degli organizzatori.
  
• ✔ I partecipanti  non vengono  accettati in base all' iscrizione cronologica , ma  in base a due  fattori molto importanti ai fini della riuscita dell' evento  :                                                                                                1- equilibrio di genere Leaders/Followers                                                                                                              2-  ballerini esperti  .                                                                                                                                              L' organizzazione , non è tenuta a rivelare il motivo per il quale un iscritto non è stato accettato. 
• ✔ Compila il modulo di domanda, riceverai la conferma di ricezione, la tua richiesta sarà considerata in base alle priorità sopra elencate. 
• ✔ Per confermare l'ammissione, ti verrà inviata una e-mail  che ti informerà :                                                 A) che sei stato inserito nella nostra lista d' attesa.                                                                                           B) che sei stato accettato alla NSTM .                                                                                                                 Il messaggio includerà  i dati bancari su cui trasferire  € 80  entro 10 giorni , per assicurarti il tuo posto alla marathon, se non effettui il pagamento entro il termine suindicato, la tua richiesta verrà inserita in lista d' attesa . Il resto della quota € 80  , ti verrà richiesto al tuo arrivo all' evento.  I partecipanti iscritti in coppia potranno effettuare un unico bonifico specificando entrambi nominativi nella causale.  Riceverai la conferma della tua partecipazione alla Marathon via e.mail a ricezione del pagamento o di entrambi  pagamenti per gli  iscritti in coppia. 
• ✔ Sono accettate iscrizioni in coppia o da singles. Non è possibile l' iscrizione in coppia con una persona  la cui domanda da singles sia stata precedentemente accettata,
• ✔ Nel modulo di registrazione è importante indicare il proprio nome e cognome reale , perchè gli organizzatori potrebbero richiedere di esibire un documento d' identità. Inoltre ti preghiamo di controllare che il tuo indirizzo mail sia corretto ,perchè ,è qui, che verranno inviate tutte le comunicazioni.
• ✔ In caso di impossibilità a partecipare a NAPLESummerTangoMarathon , puoi ottenere l' intero rimborso entro il 26/05/ 2025 , dopo tale data non è più possibile ottenere alcun rimborso.
• ✔ Per garantire un numero equilibrato di ballerini accetteremo un totale di 200 registrazioni: 100 uomini e 100 donne
