             Registration to  NapleSummerTangoMarathon                            is open to "dancers" from all       over   the world, with the highest priority for couples and dancers who have already participated in our previous   marathons. We remind you that the number of participants is limited and that the event will be balanced by   gender; the role and nationality will be prioritized for the purpose of admission, and that the order of registration   is not a priority in the "confirmation of participation". For a successful event it is of fundamental importance to   have a good  level of dance. If you are single we will match you, through a waiting list. Each participant must   register individually, indicating the partner's name and surname, by filling out the form below.

✔ The marathons are a private event. No dancer, not registered and admitted to participate,will be accepted.        Only people on the organizers list will have access.

✔ Participants are not accepted based on chronological registration, but based on two very important                   factors;

    1- Leaders/Followers gender balance

   2- expert dancers.

    The organization is not required to reveal the reason why a member was not accepted.

✔ Fill out the application form, you will receive confirmation of receipt, your request will be considered based      on the priorities listed above. We will take a few days to respond to all your requests!

✔ To confirm your admission, you will be sent an email informing you:

    A) that you have been placed on our waiting list.                                                                                                          B) that you have been accepted to NSTM.                                                                                                                    The message will include the bank details to which you can transfer €80 within 10 days, to secure your              place at the marathon. If you do not make the payment within the aforementioned deadline, your request        will be placed on the waiting list. The rest of the fee, you decide which option to choose A or B, will be              requested upon your arrival at the event. Participants registered as a couple will be able to make a single          transfer by specifying both names in the  reason for payment. You will receive confirmation of your                    participation in the Marathon via email upon  receipt of payment or both payments for those registered as        a  couple.

✔ Registrations for couples or singles are accepted. It is not possible to register as a couple with a person            whose single application has been previously accepted,

✔ In the registration form it is important to indicate your real name and surname, because the organizers             may    ask you to show an identity document. Also please check that your email address is correct,                     because   this is      where all communications will be sent.

✔ If you are unable to participate in NapleSummerTangoMarathon,  you can obtain a full refund by                       19/05/2025, after this date it is no longer possible to obtain a refund.

✔ To ensure a balanced number of dancers we will accept a total of 250 registrations: 125 men and   125               women
